No issues so far. Have not had a chance to evaluate all the sizes but the ones I tried were excellent. Filled out my collection of reamers to complete.Case hinges were not set correctly and trying to open lid to 90-deg created bind. Had to unscrew and reset hinge points. Have not run reamers yet - hoping tool quality better than case quality.Came in a wooden box but would not open. Found out your need to support the weight of the reamers as soon as you can fit your hand inside. The hinge screws were loose on both sides. I tried tightening the screws only to fine them stripped out the wood on both sides. I purchased two sets of reamers and the box are not worth the money. But the reamer work and look good.Product came with wood case but a number of the reamers were loose inside the case allowing the edges to touch each other. Past of the box glue in wooden stop was broke loose at the glue joint. Screws came out easy like another package I just package. You must help lift the weight of the reamers or the case will not look. Be careful. For the money the case is sad.The bits look good. The box is made from softwood and the holder for the bits actually split. I didnt see and damage to the bits and was able to glue thing back together. Seller contacted me after leaving feedback and offered a new box.Great for casual use hole reaming. I use this to finish and clean up holes in 3D printed parts and it's perfect. Like all reamers, the initial hole size needs to be close to the reamer size, but undersized by roughly .030". Resulting bore is very very smooth. Use is on 3D printed FDM part with glass-filled nylon, ABS, carbon fiber ABS and carbon fiber nylon. No issues. Just don't run RPM too high because you can induce melting, and use it on a drill press so the bore axis is true to the part hole axis.These work great:)Great budget reamers. Plenty accurate for theb work I doThe box that these come in has all the intentions on being useful however it appears that it was designed by a child. Cheap wood plus poor design equals wood cracking, screws falling out. My box is currently clamped up with glue in hopes of putting it back together. So sad.The reamers seem okay, finishing is little messy, some have machining marks down the shank. I used a couple so far and they work. Not sure how long they will last though. If I base it on the box, who knows. For the cost ($259 CDN) I would have appreciated more attention to detail. $179 is what I think this set is worth.Box was broken on arrival, this was the same with an metric set purchased at same time. Contacted Accusize as per package insert before reviewing (their request on insert).Not an easy fix as the hinging mechanism is involved and it has oil from the reamersThey say they have no record of purchase and must be a third party. I am unable to determine a third party!I initially gave this product 2 stars, as several of the reamers showed signs of corrosion. Accusize contacted me within a day, and shipped out a new set along with a return postage label for the first set.The replacement set was better, bu there were still a few reamers with corrosion. I was able to pick the best from the two sets, and then returned the originals without a problem.I have to say, I was very impressed with the response from the company.Very happy with this.Works good
