I really like the product. It installed very easily and works very well. The reason I did not give it five stars was the timeframe it took for my product to get to me. 13 Days is way too long for a small package to be delivered. On the shipping tracking the product sat for 8 days before it started heading my way. Poor shipping service in today's world.
